Councillor Max Mitchell

Max Mitchell was elected as one of the Scottish Conservative Councillors for Inverleith ward in May 2017, and was reelected in 2022.

Max lives locally in the ward and went to the University of Aberdeen. He has worked for a local property company, a popular Fringe venue and taught English in a French high school. Currently, he works in a cafe in the Edinburgh city centre.

Max said, “I am delighted to have been elected as one of your councillors and look forward to working closely with Cllr Iain Whyte over the next five years to deliver the best result for Inverleith ward.”
